INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Casa Noble Blanco Tequila
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • Soda water
  • Dash bitters
  • Pineapple wedge

PREPARATION

  1. Place Casa Noble Blanco, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into glass; top with soda and bitters.
  4. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
